How do I arrange to replace my broken hardware lock?
For information about whether or not your lost or damaged hardware lock can be replaced, please contact the Chief Architect Customer Service at either (800)482-4433 or (208)292-3400.
If your lock is eligible for replacement, please be advised that there is a charge to purchase a replacement USB hardware lock device.
In addition to the lock replacement fee, in most cases, please be advised that you will also be required to pay for shipping and handling in order for Chief Architect to ship a new hardware lock to you.
Chief Architect Customer Service is available from 6:00AM to 5:00PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
