E-mail Support for Chief Architect has been replaced with our new Chief Architect Online Support Center. This new support center makes it easy for you to see your new and previous tickets. You can enter specific information about yourself like you serial number and other information. All you need to do is create a login user name and password and you can securely submit plans, questions, and other information directly to us. You will also be able to login and see our responses at any time by going to http://support.chiefarchitect.com and loging in with your chosen user name and password.
