QUESTION

When I try to log in to my account, I receive the warning message: "Notice! Your account is currently logged in on another computer. To log in here, please log out from the other computer or wait for it to time out. The other session will time out if it lies dormant for up to an hour."



What am I doing wrong?

ANSWER

This warning message means that you are either already logged in to the website on another system, or possibly you have another alternate web browser open in which you are still logged in.

You can either log out of the other system (or web browser), or wait for the session to time out before attempting to log in to the website.
