I am unable to see the play controls for the training videos. I cannot rewind, pause, stop or adjust the volume of the videos because I cannot see the controls in Adobe Flash Player. How do I fix this?
This problem occurs when the zoom of the browser window does not match the size of the flash video or your monitor’s resolution is lower than the resolution of the training videos.
To resize your browser window and zoom
If your training video display area appears truncated and expanding the window size does not resolve the issue your zoom setting may be off. To check if this is the case hold down the Control key (Ctrl) on your keyboard and press the plus (+).
If the training video is going off screen and expanding the size of the window does not uncover the edge hold down the Control key (Ctrl) on your keyboard and press the minus (-).
Look to the following images for examples:
* If your video looks like this, hold the (Ctrl) on your keyboard and press (+).
* If your video looks like this, hold the (Ctrl) on your keyboard and Press (-).
* This is how the training video is supposed to look.
