QUESTION

I would like to be able to turn the display of the Living Area label in floor plan view on and off.  How do I do this?

ANSWER

The display of the Living Area label can be controlled in the Plan Defaults dialog.
You can also control its display by turning on or off the Room Labels layer in the Layer Display Options dialog.

To display the Living Area label
  1. Select Edit> Default Settings  from the menu to open the Default Settings dialog.

  2. Select Plan from the list and click the Edit button to open the Plan Defaults dialog.

  3. In the Plan Defaults dialog, place a check mark in the box beside Show "Living Area" to display the Living Area label, or click to remove the check mark and turn off its display.

  4. Click the OK button to close the dialog and apply your change.
