How to add a Polyline Solid to the Library Browser

QUESTION

I have created a custom shaped polyline solid and would like to add it to the Library Browser so that I can use it in future plans.  How can I accomplish this task?

ANSWER

To add a polyline solid to the Library Browser

  1. First, use the Select Objects  tool to drag a marquee around the entire polyline solid.




  2. Once you have done so, click on the Make Architectural Block  edit tool.


  3. Then, once you have blocked the polyline solid to itself, click on the Add to Library  edit tool.


  4. If you use this polyline solid in a future plan placed from the Library Browser, and find you need to modify it slightly, simply select it again and click on the Explode Architectural Block  edit tool so that you can make modifications.
