Information about error messages

The information in this article applies to:

Beginning in Chief Architect X1, build 11.3, you can click the Check Help Database button at the bottom left corner of any warning or error message to launch your Internet browser to our on-line Help Database.  If an article with information about the message is available, its page will display; if not, this page will.

We currently do not have any online help available for this problem.

If you are continuously having this problem or if you can reproduce the problem, please contact Technical Support by creating a ticket in the Online Support Center.

When contacting Technical Support please include a copy of your plan, the error message you received, and the steps needed to reproduce your problem.

Search the Help Database

Type keywords or a phrase below and choose the type of search you wish to make. Finding all key words will find any documents that have all the words you type. Finding any key words will find any documents that have one or more of the keywords you type. Find the exact phrase will search for documents that contain the exact text you type. You may also choose to search for a specific article number.
