Updates for Chief Architect 97
This page will guide you to the correct link to update the 32-bit version of Chief Architect.

Got the right date?
Make sure you get the correct update, or else it won’t work. Open Chief Architect and choose Help/About. The date of the program will be displayed in that dialog box.

Double check
After running the Update, start Chief Architect and check Help/About, this time you should see May 21, 1999.

Help! My version isn’t here!
If the date of Chief Architect you are using doesn’t appear on this page, you should rChiefStore the original version off of the Chief 97 CD-ROM, which will be either August 7, 1997 or August 20, 1997, then run the update for that date. If you copy the file directly from the CD-ROM over the top of your current Chief97 executable file, make sure you turn off the Read-Only permissions.
