Payment Options

We recommend using a credit card to sign up for a seminar. You can also call Chief Architect Sales at 208-292-3400 / 800-482-4433 to sign up and pay by phone. Your seat in a seminar is guaranteed only after we have received payment for that seminar.

Logistics

When you sign up for a seminar, please record or print the information you will need to find the training facility: address, travel directions and local lodging. You may always return to this website for that information prior to the training. Following payment authorization, you will receive a confirmation email.

Classroom Seminar Cancellation Policy

CHIEF ARCHITECT CANCELLATION

We will notify you of any potential class cancellation by Chief Architect at least 20 days before the scheduled training seminar. If we cancel a training seminar, you can choose to receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future seminar, for use within the next 12 months.

Chief Architect will make every effort possible to ensure an online class you have signed up for will take place at the scheduled time. Should some unforeseen circumstance cause its cancellation, we will refund your payment or allow you to take the class at the next available date.
