Message: The Chief Architect account you are logged into does not have SSA

When I try to export a 360 degree panorama or a 3D Viewer file, I receive one of the following messages:

"The Chief Architect account you are currently logged into does not have Support and Software Assurance (SSA) associated with it. In order to export, you must log into an account that has active SSA. Login options are available in the program's Help menu."

"The Chief Architect account you are currently logged into has Support and Software Assurance (SSA) that is expired. To renew your SSA please visit"


In order to store 360 Panoramas and 3D Viewer files on the cloud you have to be logged into an account with active Support and Software Assurance (SSA) and a valid license associated with it.

SSA is included with all new purchases of Chief Architect Premier and Interiors and is optional to renew on a yearly basis. This service offers free upgrades to new versions of the software, priority Technical Support, free Bonus and Manufacturer Library Catalogs, and discounts on training and additional licenses.
