When I place a schedule in my plan, I see that there is both a "Description" and "Comments" column available. How can I add a comment or description to an object so that it shows in this column?
Chief Architect allows you to modify the information on several different types of objects. This information is used for your Schedules, as well as the materials list.
Editing an object's information
Select Edit> Select Objects or press the Space key on the keyboard to activate the Select Objects tool.
Select the object that you want to edit and click the Open Object edit button, or press Ctrl/Command + E on the keyboard.
Under the Object Information panel, enter any information or comments that you want then click OK to accept your changes.
