Marketing & Sales Professional

As member of the inside sales and marketing team, participates in special projects as needed, i.e., tradeshows, seminars, user training, user group meetings, and various marketing projects
Help customers understand features and capabilities of the Company's home design software products
Actively sell our software products in person, at tradeshows, and through in-bound customer inquires
Analyzes competitive sales methods and products

Technical Support Analyst

As a member of our Customer Support team, you will work directly with external users via telephone, e-mail and web to resolve software and user issues.
Team members work together to solve customer issues efficiently, communicate with other departments.
Take on additional tasks or participate in special projects as needed. Well qualified individuals have the potential for career advancement into a variety of positions.

AA Degree or higher

Additional skills:

Proficiency with both PC and Mac operating systems desired
CAD, drafting, building, or construction experience a plus
