Customers entitled to the Chief X3 upgrade via Support & Software Assurance will not automatically be sent the product, nor will it automatically be placed in the digital locker. Contact verification will be required prior to processing.

Please follow these 3 easy steps to initiate the upgrade process to Chief X3. Upgrades will be available via electronic download to all current Support and Software Assurance users on July 8th, 2010. All physical media, including the Reference Manual, User’s Guide, Network lock (where applicable) and back-up DVD, will be available on August 2nd.

STEP 1: Complete the Academic Upgrade Options Order Form and submit to:

STEP 2: Orders placed will be shipped direct from Chief Architect, Inc. Included with the shipment of Chief Architect X3 will be a postage paid padded mailer and detailed instructions for the return of your previous version hardware lock(s).

STEP 3: Follow provided instructions, packaging old hardware lock(s) within padded mailer and return to Chief Architect, Inc.
