Seminar Policies

Payment Options

We recommend using a credit card to sign up for a seminar. You can also call Chief Architect Sales at 208-292-3400 / 800-482-4433 to sign up and pay by phone. Your seat in a seminar is guaranteed only after we have received payment for that seminar.

Logistics

Following any registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. For physical classes your confirmation will also include the seminar location and address, travel directions and class times (based on local time). You may also return to this website for the same information prior to the training.

Online Webinar Cancellation Policy

CHIEF ARCHITECT CANCELLATION

Chief Architect will make every effort possible to ensure an online webinar you have signed up for will take place at the scheduled time. Should some unforeseen circumstance cause its cancellation, we will refund your payment or provide an option for you to reschedule.

*No refunds will be issued for online webinars with any recorded materials provided at the point of purchase or for "On Demand" purchases. Credits can only be applied for Training Services. Options include: Online Seminar, Classroom Seminar or Personal Training.

Classroom Training Cancellation Policy

ATTENDEE CANCELLATION


CHIEF ARCHITECT CANCELLATION

We will notify you of any potential class cancellation by Chief Architect at least 20 days before the scheduled training seminar. If we cancel a training seminar, you can choose to receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future seminar, for use within the next 12 months.

Credits can only be applied for Training Services. Options include: Online Seminar, Classroom Seminar or Personal Training.
