Resetting your Chief Architect Password

I want to sign in to my Chief Architect account, but I forgot my password. How can I reset my password so I can gain access to my account?


  1. Click on the My Account link located at the top of the website.

  2. Click on Forgot My Password.

    Note: If you're currently signed in, but you no longer remember your password, sign out of your Chief Architect account to gain access to the Forgot My Password link.

  3. Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click Submit.

  4. Access your e-mail account, then click on the Reset My Password button within the e-mail you received to proceed with resetting your password.
