Message, information, and error boxes in Chief Architect software may contain a Check Knowledge Base (Check KB) button that, when clicked, launches your web browser to a resource with information about the message or error. However, if you're using a legacy Chief Architect version that is no longer supported, and has no content relating to the message, you may be directed to this page.
Oftentimes, issues or problems that prompt a legacy message or error box to appear have been resolved in newer versions of Chief Architect software.
