Room Planner opens new plans in 2D Plan View.
The first time Room Planner launches, a sample plan will open; thereafter, your most recent project will open when you launch the app. You can work in this plan, or open a different drawing. To open a different plan, begin by tapping the Plans
button.
button. Saving plans is not an option in the free version of the app, Room Planner LE.In the full version of the app, a selected Saved Plan has a number of file management options:
button is available when you select the current drawing. Tap it to save the drawing without closing it. Plans are always saved whenever you switch to a different drawing or close the app.
button to save and close the current drawing and open the selected Saved Plan.
button, then use the keypad to type a new name for the selected file.
button to create a copy of the selected plan with the same name, appended with a number 1. Additional copies are numbered sequentially.
button to remove the selected plan from the device.
button will be available if the plan has not been saved to the cloud, while the Remove from Cloud
button will be available if it has been saved there. For more information about saving to the cloud, see Sharing Your Projects.To hide the top and bottom menu bars as well as the thumbsticks in 3D Room View, three-finger swipe upward or downward. To show the menu bars again, three-finger swipe again.
To improve the performance of Room Planner’s 3D views, you may want to turn off other apps running in the background.
