ANSWER

If you're not able to locate the program that you have recently installed, access your Mac's Applications folder.

Locating the Chief Architect/Home Designer program

  1. From your Desktop, select the Go menu, then choose the Applications option from the list.

Alternatively, you can open Finder and click on the Applications option located on the left side of the Finder window.

Navigating to Applications using the Go menu

  2. In the Applications folder, locate the Chief Architect/Home Designer program that was installed.

Selecting the Chief Architect application in the Applications location within a Finder window

  3. Double-click on the program name to launch the software.

You can select and drag the program from the Applications folder onto your Desktop or Dock to create a shortcut icon for ease of access.
